Pricing:
A security deposit of $25.00 or one-half of monthly rent whichever is greater is required. Security deposits are held until you vacate and are refundable provided there is no outstanding amount due and the unit is left empty and swept clean. If the unit is not left in “broom clean” condition there is a minimum $10.00 clean-up charge.
All storage units are leased on a monthly basis. The first month’s rent
is pro-rated. The month you vacate is not
pro-rated. All rent payments are due on the 1st of the month and a late charge of $15.00 applies on the 7th day. |
